A credit card on file is required prior to booking an appointment. All credit card information is kept secure and confidential though Vagaro.

All personal info you share with us is kept private and confidential.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

As a small business our time is precious. We know that life happens, we get it, and sometimes you may not be able to keep your appointment.

  • CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations require a 24 hour advanced notice. If a 24 hour notice is not possible for services costing over $30, you will be charged 50% of your missed service cost.

  • NO-SHOWS: For a no-show, you will be charged 50% of your missed service cost. If a second no-show occurs, we will consider not serving you as our guest in the future. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.

  • LATE RESCHEDULES: If you request to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% deposit of your services will be due prior to rescheduling your appointment. That 50% will then be put toward your total service cost.

Late Policy

Please give the salon a call if you will be late to your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, you may be asked to reschedule or, you may not be able to receive all services originally scheduled. If you are arriving late and are unable to receive the entirety of your services scheduled, you may still be asked to pay for all services you were scheduled for out of courtesy for our time.

Friends and Family

We respectfully request that you avoid bringing extra guests with you unless it is approved by your stylist prior to your appointment. Children are welcome when they have an appointment for a service. Please be respectful to our other guests and avoid bringing them with you, unless they have a booked appointment. This policy is to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience, as well as doing our best to keep your little ones safe.

Re-Dos

*If you are unsatisfied or have any questions or concerns about services received, please notify us within one week of your appointment.

Notification outside of 7 days is left to the discretion of your stylist for a re-do.

Re-dos will not cover a change in the style or color initially requested, or services done by another salon.

ReFunds

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or salon credit.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Politics & Covid

To best protect our guests experiences, we ask you to please keep all political and COVID-19 conversation to a minimum. While masks are not required for guests, Refresh Beauty Lounge respects everyone’s decision to wear a mask or not.
