Refresh Beauty Lounge Career Paths: Your Future Starts Here!

Commission-Based Stylist Path:

  • Start & Learn: Begin as a Level 1 or 2 Associate (earning $12-$14/hour), assisting and learning the ropes.

  • Grow & Earn: Transition to commission as a New Talent Stylist, progressing up to Level 8 with higher rates.

  • Supported Growth: Access ongoing education, mentorship, and a structured plan for your career.

Independent Stylist Chair Rental Path:

  • Your Own Business: Start as an independent contractor, renting your personal station.

  • Flexible Rates: Choose Part-Time (up to 3 days/$1,000/month) or Full-Time (4-5 days/$1,400/month).

  • Full Control: Enjoy complete autonomy over your schedule, pricing, and client management, with salon support.

Hybrid Path:

  • Build & Transition: Start on our commission path to grow your clientele and skills.

  • Future Flexibility: Once you reach Level 3+ on commission, you can smoothly transition to independent chair rental.

  • Best of Both: Combine initial support and a career jumpstart with the ultimate freedom when you're ready.
