  • We encourage clients to book color services 1-2 weeks in advance. New clients should begin by submitting our First Time Guests form for consultations. While all prices listed online are starting prices, deposits are only required for extension installs. For important details regarding cancellations and rescheduling, please refer to our full Policy Page.

  • Refresh Beauty Lounge specializes in top-tier Color and Cuts. If you are transitioning or blending gray, we dedicate time to a lengthy consultation to create a tailored, seamless plan. We proudly offer specialized cutting techniques for all hair types (like curly or textured hair) at no additional charge, but please always note your hair type when booking so we can match you with the right expert.

  • As a certified Green Circle Salon, we are proud to recycle 90% of our salon waste, including hair clippings, foils, and color. This commitment extends to our product selection; we prioritize clean, high-quality, and ethical products such as Innersense and Amika for your health and safety. Additionally, we facilitate hair donations through Maggie’s Wigs 4 Kids, accepting a minimum of 7 inches of clean, dry hair.

  • To prepare for your first appointment, please complete the First Time Client form and review our policies. The secret to maintaining your new look at home is simple: use professional products and tools and be gentle with your treated hair. If you have unique hair needs (fine, curly, or textured), just let us know on your form, and we will ensure you are paired with the most suitable stylist.
